ne of the key ingredients to a good soil mix for your Bonsai is drainage, especially during
rainy seasons. This is a professional soil mix that allows you to water your tree on a daily basis without the worry of overwatering.
This soil mix is made out of aggregates that are responsible for aeration, water drainage, water uptake, acidity,  and nutrient uptake.
1) Pumice
It is a volcanic rock, it helps with
aeration
and water drainage. Pumice is the must-have growing medium for a strong and healthier root system.
2) Lava
It is a volcanic rock, which helps with

3) Calcined Clay
It helps with water retention and adds acidity to your soil mix.
4) Pine Bark
It does a great job of absorbing nutrients and then slowly releases them back to the tree as needed.
