    Description

    GREY/SMOKE CLEAR Beveled Glass for Stained Glass. 5 pieces 3 1/2" X 3 1/2".
    Grey Clear Glass Bevels, FLAT on Back, BEVELED on Front for Stained Glass Projects, Soldered Collage Art.
    Clear and colored beveled glass creates beautiful sparkles of light. It adds shimmering details to any panel. The slanted edges of bevels refract light into a rainbow of colors to both inside the glass, and onto your walls, floors and ceilings. Using bevels in windows, doors, and sun catchers is very popular so don't forget about other uses like candleholders and jewelry boxes.
    These are flat on the back side. Place pictures, lace, petals...whatever your imagination thinks of then wrap in adhesive backed copper foil. You may want to use a wider foil for these. On edges (see sample/example pictures) wrap in Copper Foil Tape with an adhesive back on it. Apply the flux on the foil then solder.
    This batch of items were in my Aunts garage for probably 30 years when I cleaned it out in 1996. They must have been a project of her husbands mother who emigrated from Germany in 1907. I know it wasn't my uncles who was an Alaska State Trooper and it wasn't related to hunting or fishing nor my Dad's since it wasn't hillbilly enough. It wasn't my aunt's since she really didn't go for any artsy stuff being as she was an RN and very clinical. So that is all I know about this batch of stuff that has been buried in my garage since 1996. I will consider offers for the whole thing so please see picture of complete inventory.
