Looks like a reproduction of Phoenician glass done for the tourist market somewhere near the Mediterranean.
Lovely little tumbler that looks different according to the light and atmosphere.
Light shines through it, turning it a warm amber glow.
Otherwise it has a matte outer finish in swirled tones of aloe, olive green, spa blue, mint, woodrose, and amber.
Bubbles and smattering of light pock marks to outside recreate the look of Roman-era hand blown glass.
