These are new not used,( have over 100 sets ) there is a green dielectric grease on the plug connector end,( just like in the ebay provided stock motorcraft photo ) I am offering a great deal because I bought a Pallet of them in a freight auction, the pallet was damaged being shipped to Ford and the entire pallet was refused, the plugs are in great shape and identical to the ones you would buy at Ford for 5 times the money
