    Peat Moss, Perlite & Worm Castings make Potting Soil YOUR WAY
    The first ingredient is Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss.
    The horticulture grade (no fertilizer or additives) Perlite is manufactured about 80 miles North of our house.
    The worm castings are made in our basement (we raise and sell red worms).
    The peat moss and perlite are stored dry but the worm castings are kept moist to keep alive the
    microorganisms produced by the worms. When combining the mixture of your choice it all becomes moist. The moisture adds to the weight and is the reason for the shipping charge.
    This item is sold by cups (volume), not by weight.
