Apply and leave on for approx ten minutes then peel off for beautifully stained lips.
I actually use this stuff and I really like it and use it on a daily basis.  The pictures provided are my actual pictures of the product and me using it.  The shiny pic of my lips is right after I put it on the the 2nd pic is after I peeled it off.
The way I use it is, apply it to clean dry lips and I apply it somewhat heavy and then finish getting myself ready (about 5min) then blast my lips with a hair dryer for about a minute.  I then press my lips together and it starts to peel off, then slowly peel the rest off and DONE!
The finished color is a little different on each person and the longer you leave it on before peeling it off, the darker the color.  I have even applied it twice to get a deeper shade.
