Organic soil blend formulated for Equisetum hyemale (miniature bamboo horsetail reed) and similar bog plants.
Although Equisetum is a hardy and versatile plant that will grow in a variety of soils, we have found that a blend with organic sphagnum peat moss and perlite produces the fastest and most vigorous growth. This soil blend may be used as a stand-alone potting mix for horsetail reeds and other bog plants, or added to your existing potting mix as a soil amendment.
