WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF SUPERWORM FRASS?

Frass amended soil produces plants that are stronger and more resistant to pests (especially fungal gnats)

Frass boosts beneficial enzymes which stimulate plant defenses and growth

Is effective in controlling root feeding nematode populations

    Helps control fungal diseases

    Stimulates soil biology
Frass is a natural bloom stimulant

Superworm Frass contains chitin, a natural polymer that helps plants produce a healthy immune system and works to prevent plant diseases.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CHITIN?

Plants exposed to chitin assume they are being eaten by insects and naturally boost their immune systems

Chitin naturally strengthens plants' cell walls

    It increases plants’ biomass

Changes the soil in a way that is disadvantageous for phytopathogenic organisms.

Frass improves soil conditions for beneficial microorganisms so plants can easily thrive
HOW DO I USE SUPERWORM FRASS?

Amend soil by mixing 3/4 - 1 cup of Frass per gallon of potting soil
Top dress established plants by spreading 2 tablespoons of Frass around the base of your plants before watering.

Root-drench using a half cup of Frass per gallon of water every three to four weeks.
Compost tea can be made using 10 tablespoons of Frass per 5 gallons of dechlorinated water using an air stone to keep aerated 24 hours prior to use.
Make a foliar spray by mixing 1-2 tablespoons of Frass into 1 gallon of water.  Keep it aerated for an hour and maintain the temperature between 65-75 degrees F. Strain foliar into a spray bottle and mist your plants leaves 30 minutes before lights come on or they are exposed to sunlight.  Best done in the cool of the morning.
