Good condition art glass, artist or manufacturer is unknown. Time period of manufacture is unknown. The glass has a cut design of Pegasus, it kind of looks sandblasted (I can not guarantee that it is or is not sandblasted). Origin is unknown and as is. There are some small chips on some of the corners and edges of the base some some minor surface scratches. As is.
